Traditional Sussex cream teas are just one of the specialities served throughout the year at Heaven Farm's Stable Tea Rooms.
A pot of tea, served with scones, glorious clotted cream and lashings of strawberry jam make this special a treat at any time.
Over the last few months we have received requests from numerous overseas visitors asking how they can recreate their own traditional cream tea when they get home. Click here and all will be revealed.
