Welcome to The Butler’s Pantry, farm kitchen and bar. We are set within the Butler family farm, Heaven Farm, hence the little twist on our name!

Our main ethos, as a family of Sussex farmers is to create menus using the amazing produce we have from our local neighbouring farms and celebrate the true seasons of Sussex throughout the year.

A little about us…

Our menus feature the wonderful produce that we have in Sussex and change frequently as every month and season brings different delights to the farm kitchen table. We offer a breakfast menu from 9.30-11.30am, light lunch menu from 12-3pm and afternoon teas from 3-5pm.

Our Sussex Barn restaurant will be launching on Saturday 1st June with menus created by our head chef Mark Thomas Raffan (Tommy) who previously held a Michelin star at Gravetye for many years. We are looking forward to the Sunday lunch club for his wonderful roasts, evening supper clubs of tasting menus where our amazing Sussex produce will be presented at its best, local vineyard tastings, private dining events and much more!
